Abstract
Cities are indispensable carriers of modernization,and the humanistic economy integrates humanistic undertones into urban modernization and realizes the integration of economic development and cultural prosperity.The humanistic economy in the new era focuses on three fundamental elements of people,culture,and economy,with people-centered and “humanistic economization” and “cultural economization” as the characteristics.It leads and promotes the high-quality development of urban economy characterized by innovation,coordination,openness,greenness,and sharing cultural industry,cultural undertakings,humanistic spirit,and humanistic value.Humanistic spirit and humanistic value emphasize the “humanistic return” of urban economic development,answering the proposition of who the urban economic development is for and who will share the fruits of development; cultural industry and cultural undertakings are the deep heritage and “catalyst” for the high-quality development of the economy,and culture has become an indispensable driving force of the urban economy.Culture has become a vital driving force in the urban economy.The new era of humanistic economy promotes the high quality of urban economy in the new era from the perspective of “people” and creates a new form of human urban civilization.
