Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of China’s independent philosophy and social science discipline system, and one of its important tasks is to build China’s independent legal knowledge system.According to the consensus reached by the legal circle in recent years, there are two major forms in the legal discipline: legal doctrine and social science law.The former is to solve the internal relationship of the legal discipline, which mainly involves the legal interpretation, system construction and smooth implementation of the positive law norm. The latter is social science law, which mainly deals with the external relations of the law discipline and studies the cross and integration of the law discipline and other related disciplines. Therefore,it is one of the tasks to construct China’s independent social science legal knowledge system. In order to achieve this,it is not only necessary to deeply study the theoretical guidance, ideological origin, practical achievements and foreign experience of building China’s independent social science legal knowledge system, but also to explore the excellent historical tradition from the traditional Chinese legal culture, and learn from the academic accumulation and innovation experience in the construction of ancient Chinese law and interdisciplinary knowledge system.
