Abstract
Practice cycle is not only a prerequisite for the construction of political discourse system,but also determines the basic types of political discourse system construction and the degree of realization of its value function.The discourse system based on the failed practice cycle of political development is difficult to realize the expected value function,while the discourse system based on the successful incomplete practice cycle of political development can be partially realized and has the potential to approach all the value functions.It is a desirable and feasible goal to move towards the successful complete practice cycle of political development and build an autonomous political discourse system accordingly.The construction of contemporary China’s autonomous political discourse system is essentially an ideological undertaking about China’s political practice.Its purpose is to fully show the overall picture of contemporary China’s political operation,scientifically demonstrate the best scheme of contemporary China’s political development,and effectively protect the stability and far-reaching of contemporary China’s political road.Insisting on seeking knowledge from facts,strengthening scientific design,promoting concept production and deconstructing western discourse constitute the core path of constructing the discourse system of contemporary China’s autonomous politics.
