This paper explores the impact and mechanism of digital economic development on the commercialization of technological achievements through theoretical analysis and empirical verification from three main perspectives.The study finds that the development of the digital economy promotes the marketization of technological achievements.Under the new business formats of the digital economy,efficiency in matching supply and demand,patent quality,and knowledge absorption capacity have been enhanced.Moreover,the openness of industry-academia-research cooperation,the efficient integration of venture capital,technological supply,and demand,and the vibrancy of technological service intermediary structures have all been strengthened,empowering the marketization of technological achievements.Further research reveals that strengthening intellectual property rights protection,improving the level of market integration,and increasing the dominance of state-owned enterprises have a positive impact on the effect of the digital economy on the marketization of technological achievements.This study provides reference for comprehensively grasping the advantages of the digital economy and improving the efficiency of commercializing technological achievements.
